The location chose us… Nationally recognized as the “Location of the first bottled cocktail” under the ownership of the iconic Heublein family, we knew the space was special. Setting out we were determined to create a concept that paid homage to the history of the building but also stayed true to our team and our desire to create innovative and unique experiences for our patrons.
You will feel the presence of the Hublein history in little details throughout our space… an old advertisement as artwork, a Hublein bottle as decor, and details in the design that are inspired by stories of the past. Join us as we write a new chapter for 196 Trumbull Street in this historic space.
